Terms of Service

Last updated:

Important — not investment advice. Levynd is a software tool for journaling and analysing your own trading. It does not provide investment advice, trade recommendations, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Insights produced by the AI Copilot are informational only and may be inaccurate. All trading decisions and their outcomes are solely yours. Trading carries a high risk of loss.

1. Scope & Parties

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Levynd website and platform provided by the operator named in the Imprint ("we", "us", "Levynd"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Levynd is a trade-journal and analytics platform. It can sync your trades read-only from supported brokers, organise and tag them, surface statistics and reports, and provide an AI Copilot that summarises and comments on your own trading data. The service does not execute trades and does not have order-placement access to your broker.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be of legal age and capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Credits

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the service; access it through automated means outside any provided API and its terms; reverse engineer or resell the service; upload unlawful content; or use the service to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the trading and journal data you import or enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (e.g. storing, processing, and displaying your data, and sending it to the AI provider to generate your requested insights). Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The service integrates with third parties such as brokers, the payment provider, and AI inference providers. Your use of those third-party services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third-party services.

8. No Advice & Assumption of Risk

Nothing in the service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Statistics, patterns, and AI Copilot output are derived from your own data and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and accept the full risk of any resulting losses.

9. Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, add, or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms will be communicated, and continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Warranty & Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory warranty and liability rights — in particular for injury to life, body, or health, for intent and gross negligence, and under applicable consumer-protection and product-liability law — remain unaffected. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We are not liable for trading losses.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. data ownership, liability, governing law) survive.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction as stated in the Imprint: . Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Online Dispute Resolution

For consumers in the EU, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its intended purpose.
